eMarketer just released a fantastic report titled: “Video E-Commerce: Innovative Models Drive Sales” you can get a hold of it HERE. According to the report, retailers know what consumers want and that is online video. This helps sites stand out among their competitors, lower shopping cart abandonment, and increase sales.

Managing Multiple Twitter Profiles

February 25th, 2010 by Forest Bronzan No comments »

For those who manage multiple Twitter profiles (either for your own brand(s) or on behalf of your clients), it is very helpful to utilize a platform for centralizing content posts and monitoring conversations. This allows you to have a single login for all of the profiles you manage and keep things nice and organized.

There are several good Twitter management tools out there that will save you a lot of time. I prefer the HootSuite client – it’s free and has many cool features.

A Few Standout Features:

1. Manage Multiple Profiles: You can set up multiple Twitter profiles to manage from your single HootSuite interface. Each profile is very easy to navigate and just a click to switch between.

2. Schedule Tweets: This is key for work-flow efficiency. If you know you’ll be in meetings or traveling all day, you can schedule your tweets the night before. Or you can schedule everything out for the rest of the week – whatever works best with your process.

3. Manage Conversations: For each profile, you can easily create lists to organize followers, monitor mentions of your brand, monitor industry buzz topics, and the list goes on…

4. Manage Users: You can create users under your HootSuite account and grant them access to certain Twitter profiles.

5. Cool iPhone App: Very intuitive iPhone app for on-the-go tweeting.

Below is a video tour from the HootSuite site:
